Don't take your pet here! They killed our less than 8 yr old dog due to NEGLIGENCE! We paid them $2400 to kill our dog! We wanted answers and Dr. B called and could not tell us what happened. All set for bladder surgery and 1 hour later they call and tell us that he had 109 degrees fever!! NEGLIGENCE!!! They were not watching our baby. Should had learned our lesson; 10 yrs ago our dog Charlie had to be put down after taking him to this "emergency hospital"!! These people killed our dogs and the bad thing is that we paid them to do so!!!

I have so much to say about this "pet emergency hospital" it's hard to sum it up. I'll begin by saying do your research and find another hospital, unless you want to be pressured and lied to. The last day I went here, the unfortunate day I lost my dog I was given the choice after I had already been here three times in the last two weeks and they couldn't figure out what was wrong, to either euthanize my beloved pet OR fork out $5000 for an "exploratory" surgery. Apparently I couldn't decide fast enough for the doctors, so I received pressuring phone calla for the next two hours while I frantically called around to find other alternatives. Thank god I found a realistic and CARING surgeon through my vet that agreed to do it for over half the price. To top it off, when I went back to puck my dog up to being her to this other surgeon my bill was magically another $500 which I never authorized any additional treatment. they wanted to argue with me, even after I told them id pay the rest of the portion of the bill I agreed to, but they would rather have me wait in one of the rooms while my boyfriend loaded my fragile dog in the car to take her quickly to the other vet for life saving surgery. Bottom line, these people are callous, money hungry and rude! They've even sent me a letter saying they'd never treat any of my animals in the future!!! Thank you because I would NEVER EVER go there again after the way we were treated. A little compassion goes a long way and these people surely don't have it.
