I used to go to another independent pharmacy until it got bought out by a big name store, and I've recently switched over to The Pharmacy at PJ Bean. I've never been happier! I preregistered my insurance information when I came to the pharmacy. After my doctor's appointment, I walked down the steps, where they greeted me by name and had already finished my prescription that the doctor sent down electronically only 5 minutes back! I've never seen that happen before. Also, my co-pay turned out to be $2 cheaper than before. They even told me that next time, I can just refill my prescription over the phone, website, or smartphone app and they'll come deliver it to my home for free. They're a local small business and the owner told me he was born and raised in St. Mary's County. I highly recommend them.
