After waiting over 30 minutes for a manicure appointment, I left the salon. When I asked about the wait time, I was totally ignored. If a staff member suggested that they were running late,etc, the situation would have been more acceptable.

Tutti Nails used to be Floris. This salon is beautiful and immaculate! The service is friendly and they spend a lot of time on each customer. They pay attention to detail, and are very eager to accommodate their customers. The salon is very spacious and you're not bumping into other customers while there (unlike other salons in the area). They offer nail, waxing, facial, and massage services.
