Very Prompt and willing to go above and beyond. Extremely knowledgeable. Price was fair considering he had to clear snow just to get to our water pump.

Do not call these guy. They just unclogged my drain pipe and it ended up costing $600. Call someone else and save your money!

The plumber that came out did a fine job, and response time was good, but the cost was super high. The owner quoted $200-$250. The time on the job was 1.5 hrs for one plumber and .5 hrs for the second...so 2 hrs total. The final bill had a labor charge of $195 and $353 total to install a water heater that we furnished. The hourly rate works out to be $97.5 and the charges for spare parts were extremely high. I would not recommend this company if you are looking for value or simply to not get ripped off via the price, but if you are looking for quick response and not worried about the cost you might be fine.
