He is knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to deal with. We appreciate everything he has done for us and the sale of our house.

Provided by YPmobileI recently went to a rainbow auction with my boyfriend. He was very excited because there was a lot of hunting and tools up for bid. We traveled 30 miles to come to this auction. Upon arrival, we went to get a number and a lady with glasses took my boyfriend's ID. While she was writing, he was talking to me about what he wanted to buy. After she wrote out the information from his ID, she asked, "Is this your current address?". He said it wasn't and she looked at us dumbfounded and said "Why did you make me write it all out?" She then proceeded to shake her head and behave as though she was the most annoyed person ever. My boyfriend and I looked at each other to confirm that this lady's behavior was extremely rude. She took down his current address an handed his ID back. She then told him, "Get your address changed." I told her he'll change it just as soon as her attitude changes and I said it loud enough for other people to hear. What right does she have to tell her customers what to do? And what right does she have to reprimand her customers for making a mistake? Her behavior is the epitome of poor customer service. She infuriated both of us, so much so that we left early and did not buy a single thing. And the sad thing is, I bet this is not the first time she has been rude to customers.
The key to sales is to treat your customers well an with respect. Studies have shown that if you don't, they will tell at least 10 other people how poorly their service was with your company. That is bad business. Most small businesses retain their customers and gain new customers with how they made their customers feel. When a customer feels welcome, they will come back.
I plan on telling everyone I know how poorly we were treated. We will not be attending, using, or recommending Rainbow Auctions & Realty until their customer service issues are resolved (i.e. sending that lady to customer service classes).
