Our kitchen sink started to back up on a Friday late afternoon and they sent a plumber right away. The plumber showed up with in an hour and was really friendly! I have since recommended this company to my friends and family.

Continue to seek another company by any means possible! The customer service is bottom of the line horrible and the rudeness level is the absolute worst I have ever experienced to date. When calling in an emergency upon a holiday weekend, Carol answered the phone, laughed and made a joke at my misfortune, did not attempt to schedule any of the employees or pull someone off of a non-emergency job. I am home alone with a baby and have zero running water and a leak outside that resembles a fire hydrant! There is no way to shower, flush, or even make baby bottles. When I spoke to her last and told her I was appalled and in tears of her lack of professional service I stated she should go speak to her boss and I would write a letter as well. She stated, "Okay" and hung up the phone on me.



As a former Human Resources Manager I would have reprimanded this employee to the highest level and replaced her with someone better skilled in customer service and emergency calls.
