I scheduled an appointment with Murphy's to come out for a drainage issue in my bathtub and a leaking faucet in my kitchen. The woman who scheduled the appointment was friendly and competent. The technician, Curt, was on time, respectful, extremely neat and professional. He replaced the kitchen faucet, no problem. I paid the bill but did have an issue with the amount I was charged. I called and asked for a supervisor to please give me a call. I was asked if I could wait until the morning as they were out at job sites. I agreed but was a bit doubtful that I would hear from anyone. BIG shout out to Murphy's! I not only received a call, but a pleasant conversation and an offer to refund the disputed amount. He stuck by his charges, agreed that it may have been a communication issue and is refunding the disputed amount (which was about 14% of the total paid) to keep a customer happy. Good and much appreciated business gesture!

I was very impressed with Ron and his service. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely hire them for all my heating/plumbing needs in the future.

Thought I was helping a local business that was my big mistake. Doesn't know if the condenser of a air condition was inside or outside. Overpaid for them to come out and label pipes. Was very disappointed. Was called out to charge air condition. Would never use them again or suggest them to any one.

I called for emergency service for my elderly mother. This entire staff is courteous, friendly, and professional. I stopped in to the shop to pay my mom's bill and Mr. Murphy even made me breakfast!! This is a one of a kind company!

I can't tell you about the service, but hopefully its better than the customer service representative on the phone. I called to inquire about air conditioning repair. The woman who answered the phone spoke in a very harsh, loud voice and was very impatient. She spoke quickly and rushed me through the call. What a shame. Needless to say, I didn't give them my business.

I thought it would take all day to get a new hot water heater, but they were done before lunch.

I had a plumbing emergency in my home in the middle of the night. This company came out within one hour and repaired the problem. The technician was courteous, he even used shoe covers to protect my carpets. I highly recommend this company.
