it's true, the sandwhiches are fresh and the price is often rite, but they have to get thier customer service together! I ordered way in advance, went to pick up my food, and NOTHIING! the person taking orders and operating the front, ignored me for about 15 mins before he even said, "May i help you?" and then, when I stated that I was here for a pick up, he asked the folks in the back for my sandwhich, to which they replied, "I don't know, look over there." which still would have been ok, if he "looked" over there, but he didnt! He took another phone order instead, and then took another walk in order! From the time that I ordered until the time that I left, w/out my food, was 1 hour. REALLY?!? Roma Deli, very disappointed, good food but u know, in this recession, I can get great food. You would do better to bone up on ur service. I won't be back and will not be recommending my friends.

let me start by saying this place is great fresh lunch meat decent prices very busy place at certain times of the day so if you can call and place your order before you go there,i really never had a bad expirence but i have to say i was there last night and the woman who was taking orders in my oppinon needs some sensitivity training i no this place gets busy but you still need to treat people with respect all i can say is she did not descriminate she treated everybody bad maybe she is overworked i dont no but its not the first time i have noticed this so i had to say something i hope one bad apple won't spoil this place for some customers
