I've been using Holt Eye Care for about 25 years (originally I was with Dr. Kramer) for my contact lenses, and my experiences have been 100% positive.

"I highly recommend anyone to think twice about going here".
They new that my insurance only covered to be seen once a year. But still wanted to see my daughter again as a follow up and failed to inform me about my insurance coverage and what it did not cover. But if i call to soon they will inform me that my insurance will only cover an eye appointment once a year. If they can tell me that my insurance company will not pay for anything until my year is up then how can you not tell me about my follow up appointment and how its not covered under my insurance. I have always liked them up until now.
