I am getting ready to move from here this summer and I can not wait! Mold grows every where no matter what you do. They are always calling exterminators for ants and spiders. The pool is more like a puddle and the playground is small and extremely outdated. They have changed managers three times since I have been here and the current manager is unprofessional and rude. The maintenance sucks and they are perverted to say the least. I do not recommend this place at all. Also the Holt police hang around harassing all of the tenants because they say there is drug activity here that I have never seen. These are by far the worst apartments in Holt!!

The management is horrible, the 1970's aluminum windows sweat so bad that you have to constantly mop up the water from them and regardless of whether you mop up the water or not MOLD grows on them, if the wind blows to strong then the pilot light on the circa 1970 heaters will go out, all the units are infested with spiders and centipedes year round and fruit flies all summer long, most of the intercoms and door buzzers do not work. I am NOT going to renew my lease and I don't know of a single unit in the complex that has been here for more than a year.
