My experience with this store is not at all good. Since they have been open, they have gone through 3 managers and none of them seem to know what they are doing. The store is always in such disarray that you can't even get to the shelves. There is always carts full of product in front of all the shelves in every isle, and no one is on the floor to work them. Of coarse if you would allow them enough people to run the store this may be something that could be prevented. You have to allow the stores enough hours so that the employees can do their jobs and the store is a place that customers actually want to shop in. I hate going in this store because of all of these reasons, and your higher ups need to look into what is happening here. There is a Dollar General in Haxtun just 18 miles up the road and I will go there if I can because their store is so clean and organized and have several employees there to meet my needs that it is worth the drive. I do not want to see our store here go under, but it is headed that way if things do not change. I hope you will get this to the people who need to hear this as it is time for things to get better for this store. I have worked in retail for several years and know that this is not the way to run a store - you can't even give good customer service if you don't have enough employees to keep the store clean and organized.
