I go to this hot topic the most since it's the closest one, and I can find everything great, however most of the sales associates are very rude. One member of the staff (pink hair and skull tattoo) especially. She is either too nosy or too sassy when I shop there, and makes my overall shopping experience uncomfortable.

Over expensive things. Cheaply made, don't pick up their phone. Always bug you with a sale that's "only" for today... but has been going on for over 2+ years

The store has great stuff for all of us. Good store for teens! Cool clothes to pick from. Shoes are great and also many gifts you can buy for xmas.

What a great store. They have a variety of item for someones' wishlist for Christmas. Lots of unusual gifts. The stafff was great too.
