Worst taxi service ever. Never a taxi in my area where the company is located, they are always rude.

This has to be the worst taxi service in the entire city,they are constantly rejecting phone calls and make you wait almost an hour for a taxi. Do not use this taxi service if you are in a hurry!! Absolute worst company.

Called for a cab 30 minutes ahead of time. Had to call back an hour after I was supposed to be picked up and no cab was ever even sent out. Never again

The driver Oscar was very nice. He treated my daughter and I with respect. I recommend them.

worst taxi service ever!! They are non-profesional and are NEVER in the holyoke area . Now they don't even give you a wait time as to when your taxi will arrive and they never call you when they are in the front of your house and just to tip it off i had to wait 2 hours for a taxi to come to holyoke and i saw 2 taxis sitting at the bus stop...
