3 reviews 8/2/2017 Up here from Florida for the month of August. Noticed my Chevrolet Equinox was overdue for service and started checking the internet for service centers. Found Marcotte Ford "Quick Lane" was offering such routine service for $39.95. While waiting at Marcotte for this service, I was approached by a service tech and informed that my car required synthetic oil and the cost would be a few more dollars per quart. I thought the cost would now be $39.95 plus a few extra dollars for the synthetic oil. WRONG....this routine service ended up costing $71.07! Seems because of the use of synthetic oil instead of just plain old oil, the whole $39.95 deal went away. If Marcotte is so dishonest with their service business, I shudder to think of the cost of such dishonesty to a car buyer. BEWARE.....
