This branch has tellers that are extremely rude and condescending about account information. Instead of assisting its clients with information, they talk down to you. Whitney in particular stated that I wasn't using my account correctly and that "...if I didn't want to talk to a banker I should go to a larger branch". Secondly, they ALWAYS try to weasel you into a new credit card or special offer they have. I simply like to make my deposit and be done with it. Even worse, earlier in the year, I declined a credit card offer. The teller said that he needed my mother's maiden name in order to put through that I didn't want to accept. At first I did not give out the information, but he insisted he needed it. The next week I received that credit card in my name which I had to go through a lengthy process of canceling when I DIDN'T want it in the first place. I love Chase, but there is a reason I will refrain from going to this branch. I will continue going to the Chase in Orland Park
