Provided by YP.comLet the buyer beware! These folks DO NOT stand behind their work.
I'd been using these folks for several years, both in my home and my business, and I'd always been pretty happy with their work. So, when the heating pipes in my home froze in January '14, I called them to come out and charge the system with antifreeze. They sent a guy out who pumped 6 gallons of antifreeze into my system, but he had a lot of trouble getting the air bled out of it, so he wound up draining several buckets of solution from the system, which he dumped on my lawn. When I questioned him on it, he maintained that there was 'plenty' of solution in the system and I wouldn't have any trouble with it.
Fast forward to last weekend: we wake up to a house that's hovering around 50 degrees and we check and sure enough, the pipes are frozen again. As It turns out, there's not enough antifreeze to even protect the system to + 10 degrees! So I call - can't raise an answer - and I send an email which the owner - Ron - responds to. He makes some excuses about turning off the auto fill and the antifreeze degrades 'over time' then says he'll be out in the next few days to fix it. I call back the next morning to tell them they'll need to bring a machine to thaw the pipes as they're still frozen and they won't be able to get antifreeze into them. First I get an older woman who swears that "..we don't do anything with pipes..." After a few minute discussion, she puts me on hold and 6 minutes later I get transferred to another woman. I try to explain they will need a pipe thawing machine while she argues with me; I tell her fine, have Ron call me I'll deal with him.
So Ron calls about 10 minutes later, makes up a bunch of excuses about not turning off the auto fill (funny - no one said anything about that when they charged the system), something must have happened and it has to be my fault, then tells me I am going to have to get someone else to do my work.
So if you're looking for a group to take your money and leave you high and dry without heat when you need it most - call Able, then break out the vaseline.

Provided by YP.comGreat sales pitch - terrible execution. We spent an enormous amount of money on a whole new HVAC system. This included the dual zone system for second-story. Since installation, we have had several significant problems. These include the house freezing out with temperatures below 55°, and now tonight a thermostat not working and the upstairs at at above 80°. We've also had leaks due to poor installation. I'm very disappointed and wish we'd gone with the low bidder. Might have been fewer bells and whistles but probably would have worked.

Provided by YP.comWe called this Co. because the owner had been servicing my wife's family's heating and cooling needs for many years. The technician apparently did a satisfactory job but his comments while in our home were unprofessional and out of line. "Your furnace is old and rusty" and told my wife "I don't like your attitude”. After that remark she should have told him to pack his bags and get out, the crew who were installing $20k in siding agreed. To the owner - A small piece of advice - I would talk to my technician about customer courtesy, and we know the furnace needs to be replaced - we get it! But as a business man I would have followed up with the customer and listened to their concerns about the service call and maybe, just maybe, when we do decide to replace our "old and rusty" heating & A/C unit your Co. would have been considered.
