Chef Wayne M. Allen Graduate Culinary Institute of America 94 travels to your location. (Any Place that has access to a Kitchen) Chef Wayne Arrives several hours before your Culinary Event in full Chef Attire and prepares everything from Scratch. I bring all of the copper pans, Mixers, Cooking Equipment, Table Cloths, Matching Napkins, Imported Stone Ware, Crystal Wine Glasses and Silver Ware needed to create a World Class Dinner. During the day the Chef prepares the Bread Dough, Washes and Cuts the Vegetables, Fabricates the Meats, Creates the Sauces Each course is fired minutes before serving, the Chef Plates the Courses, Clears and Serves each course as He talks about the food, Ingredients and background history of each course. The Kitchen is cleaned up and dishes washed, which is all part of the Dinner Service.
