Stay away from this Insurance company they will rip you off the company charges even to change a address on a acct everytime I had to change a car off the policy I had to pay 25.00 10.00 here and there they are really rude especially the young girl that sit in the front desk, I am so mad at myself for even doing business with these people if they can charge you to come in the door they will just yesterday one of the ladies called me asking for my renewal

Payment I laughed and told her no thank you I have taken my business elsewhere, she asked where and I advised her GEICO and I did my own policy online myself. ( felt really good)

I would recommend Buysmart Insurance to all. They are very professional and are willing to take their time to find the proper insurance company for you. Their rates are the best I have ever seen.

Agents are not friendly and argue alot and have attitude with customers. I called the ins company and ask what was the deposit buysmart ins gave and said $171.01 and i gave a deposit of $240.00 that is $68.99 that thay put in there pocket. I called them about this and put me on hold and said thay will call me back. 30minets late no call so i call them and ask whats going on thay said i have to call the ins company to make sure your not lieing. what a way to treat your customers. after all this thay said i will give you back $48.52 because we charge $20.00 to look up your license recored after thay said its included with the deposit and the ins company papers said no charge to look up license recored.I do not recommended any one to go to buysmart ins thay will rip you off take my word for it.
