They were fantastic! I met with the owner and he was so polite and gave me great deals. We met with my husband to see examples of what things would look like and worked out the details 4 months ahead of time. As the wedding got near, they were flexible with time and details for drop off, when the day came they were prompt and the owner dropped everything off. Overall, the company was easy to work with, every phone call was simple- every question was answered. When the day came they really surprised us.
We were going to rent three 25' runners and they surprised us with one 75' runners - really went above and beyond according to my husband. We had one problem - some chargers didn't match each other and had damages - and only the friends that helped set things up knew about it.

From ordering to dropping off the entire staff was friendly and helpful. The table cloths and napkins I rented were high quality and in excellent condition. Top quality, great timing, and amazing teamwork. They were reliable, dependable, and best of all willing to work with me. I will be coming back to them for sure! Thank you Claudia party rental

I have done business with CLaudias party rental for over 10 years. Loved the experience, loved that they listen to your needs and cater to them as well. Their prices are very competitive, i have a grandaughter now and my daughter is usign them as well. i love their layaway plan and the fact that the equipment is always in great condition. In over 10 years, and 4 kids to do parties for, i never had a problem or set back, i will wholeheartly recommend Claudias Party rental in homestead.

After looking at several rental companies we went with Claudia's Party rental for tables, chairs, glassware, and some linens for our wedding . I compared all the prices and Claudia's Party Rental had the best deal on what we wanted. the customer service was friendly, professional, and very easy to contact. Everything came out great and beautiful.Personally, we didn't have any problem with the equipment or the service and I would definitely recommend them!

I hired Claudia's for my sons wedding. We ordered tables, chairs, and a large tent for the wedding. Prices were reasonable and the customer service was excellent. All the equipment was delivered on time and it was all in great condition. I recommend this party rental for everybody in Miami.

We decided to hire a company for our Beach Picnic. This Company was very punctual and great to work with they advised me of everything i had to in order to make our picnic a success. We definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of these services.

Claudias really helped my out for my daughters quinces. Rented some centerpiece decorations and got some balloons. The lady was really nice at Claudias she gave me a free extra dozen balloons and helped me put them in my car . 5 stars & recommended

This is going to be a long review (and it seems I cannot write in proper paragraphs, my apologies in advance.) First of all, I found Claudia online and decided to use her services since she is so close and I wanted to give a local company some business. I needed a large water slide, some tables and chairs for a party I was hosting at my home. The prices were reasonable. My total came to just a little under $400 that I spend with Claudia and with this I was also entitled to 12 free balloons in the color of my choice, which I had to pick up on the morning of the event. I should have been on alert to shady practices when she told me that she would not charge me any sales tax if I paid cash (tax evasion???) but my intuition just did not kick in, I was too excited about the party. A few days before the party I had my fiancé go in and see if they also have chaffing dishes and how much they would be to rent. I told him to call me and let me know, because I know where to to buy them pretty cheap. Instead of calling me, he went ahead and rented one and put down an $8 deposit (it costs $20 just to rent one, I can buy them brand new for half that amount.) I was annoyed and figured, no big deal. I was sure she would refund me the $8 after I told her it was not needed. The day of the party comes, and I go in early to pick up the 12 balloons. When I walk in the door Claudia hands me 24 balloons and says she gave me 12 extra for free. I was like wow, that was nice, thank you so much! Then she kind of slyly asks me if I still needed the chaffing dish. I said no, sorry, I do not. She refused to give me the $8 back. I said ok, how about I just use that money to rent 2 more chairs, give you another $2 (the chairs are $5 each,) and we call it even. She refused. She then started talking to a guy filling balloons with air in spanish behind her (they assume that anyone who is not Latin cannot understand them I guess. 4 years of college spanish is finally paying off.) He basically told her to tell me no, and that if I wanted 2 chairs, I would have to put a $20 deposit down on each chair before they gave them to me, because he did not trust me to return them. I was like what?! I spent almost $400 with you and you are going to haggle me over $8? And try to get an extra $40 out of me for a deposit, when I have a $1500 water slide, 30 chairs and 3 of your tables sitting in my yard and I already spent so much money with your company? Why would I steal 2 of your cheapo chairs? Seriously? I was so offended! I kept insisting she either let me rent the chairs without that bogus deposit he tagged on them, or she simply gives me my money back. After about 15 minutes of back and forth, and her talking to the other guy in spanish back and forth, she finally went into her drawer, took out the $8 and practically threw the $8 at me. And guess what? She reached out her hand and told me that I had to give her 12 of the balloons back. Unbelievable! Needless to say I will not be using her services again. I am a month away from hosting another party, this time double birthdays for my kids, and it will be three times the size of my last party, and Claudia will not be getting any of that business. Claudia's customer service and sense of morality are lacking and for that I wish I could give her 0 stars. She needs to take a lesson in Business 101, always find a way to make your customer happy. I too own my own business, and I know that people will try to walk all over you if they can, but there comes a time when you just have to do the right thing. Claudia failed. I am being honest here, I have absolutely nothing to gain by not telling the truth. Do your research before dealing with this company. And don't pay cash, every business should pay their taxes just like every other person who earns a living in this country does.

These retards basically ruined my baby shower. They came with everything an hour into my baby shower and came 30 minutes early to pick everything up. It was embarrassing to set up with my guests already there. Please don't use them for anything. My best friend actually had a similar experience with his daughters bday party. By the time he told me though I couldn't back out cause they have a strict refund policy, I wonder why.

The worst place to rent any party supplies. Bad Bad experience. Equipment was defected and no emergency number was available only office phone number and it was closed. So if office is closed your kids wont get their bounce house fixed. No refund available and the guy that answered next day you call was not professional at all. Dont rent anything from there.
