Very professional they work hard to make sure that even if problems occurs they try to resolve it in favor of customer.

I will NEVER pay for a rental with Enterprise ever again...

About a week ago, I rented a vehicle with a reservation and it was a horrible experience. It was so horrible I wrote the message below to the customer care email provided on their website that SAME day as I waited & they apologized for the inconvenience and mentioned that the email was forwarded to the "Regional Management Team" and that I would hear back from someone between 3-5 business days. I'm on day 8 since I rented the car and haven't heard anything from anyone.

I will ENSURE that none of my friends or colleagues use enterprise for their car rentals, & would NOT recommend Enterprise to ANYONE.

I can not help but to express how dissatisfied I am with Enterprise. I will NEVER rent with Enterprise ever again and I will explain why.



Let me start by saying that the staff was friendly and this is strictly from a business perspective.



1. When I made my reservation online, the reservation did not include the insurance price which the representative told me I had to get if I did not have insurance. This is already an inconvenience since I already had a set price listed on the form I brought in from my reservation online. Regardless of this inconvenience I HAD no other choice but to pay for this



2. I arrived at 7:30am exactly to pick up my reservation. After processing all the paperwork and waiting nearly 45 minutes, I am told by another representative that they have no cars available at the time... I am not sure WHY not THE PURPOSE of a reservation if I am not going to be able to leave with a car that I make a reservation for! She offered me a pick up truck when I asked for a Toyota Corolla or similar. I'm going on vacation and a pick up truck does not necessarily seem as a great travel vehicle.
