I am a very disappointed customer. For Mothers Day 2011 I wanted to send my mother a floral arrangement. Instead of choosing an online florist website I decided to go to Fiesta Flowers, in Homestead, and place an order three days before Mothers Day. !!This was the biggest mistake I could've made!!! Mothers Day came and went and my 90 year old mother NEVER received her flowers which she was expecting! As you can imagine this was such a disappointment to me! I went into Fiesta Flowers to find out what had happened, apparently the company they deal with in Hialeah who delivers for them in that area, had not delivered the flowers. I understand there is no way to fix the fact that my mother didn't receive her Mothers Day flowers, but what disappoints me is the lack of interest in making any effort to fix their mistake and comply with the promise they gave to me to delivery the flowers on time for the Holiday.

Yes they returned my money but that's it?

What fixes the error they made!?

I asked them if they could send one rose with a note explaining to my mother what had happened. They said they would see what they could do... Yet over a week has passed and nothing has been sent to my mother. Not even one note.

I find it important to share my unpleasant experience. I wouldn't want anyone to have to go through this and I guess next year, if my mother is still with us, I will have to find a more reliable company to do business with.
