Provided by YP.comFirst time eating at a Panera.
I found the menu confusing.
Girl at the counter seemed to be confused.
Menu said baked potato but they had none. I asked what kind of sides they have they tell me soup or salid then after i make an order she asks me if i want chips? Aren't chips a side? If i said no to chips was there another option? I ordered my sandwich with no tomato and no onion. It came out with them.
Receipt says if your order isnt correct you get a treat. I guess my treat was the girl yelling my name for the whole restaurant to hear when they finnaly finished cooking it.
Sandwich had all the meat on half of it. I got a half meat and half grilled cheese.
Restaurant was fairly clean. Staff was ok other than poorly trained girl taking my order.
Pricing was very high for what i got. Over $9 for a half sandwich and a small bowl of soup and water. Poor value.
Will i eat at a panera again? No
Will i recommend panera? No
Will i discuss my experience with friends and family? Yes
