I will *never* use this company again. My AC was serviced by this company and is now working worse than it was before they came out! The staff was completely unprofessional throughout, from the office dispatch to the technician. I had an appointment for 8:30AM to try and fix my now even more broken AC. Technician never showed up. Called the office three times to ask them what was going on, no answer. Called the technician(who was glued to his cellphone while he was here the first time) and he didn't answer.



I called this second number on my receipt and came into contact with Temptrol, who supposedly recently bought South Dade Air. They can't send anyone else out except the original technician who made my AC worse.



I strongly advise that you AVOID this company and go with someone else. $300 later my AC is blowing out warm air and the ones who "fixed" it can't even bother returning my calls or showing up for scheduled appointments.

I've seen this company's trucks around Homestead for years and never had to use them until last week, and I'm SO GLAD I did! They provided excellent service and also good prices! They saved me a considerable amount of money on my last FPL bill as well! A+

I never new that an A/C could reduce your electric bill so much. My girlfriend and i had South Dade change our system and our light bill went down $40 per month. I don't know about SEER but I do know about saving money.
