After all the ehadaches that we had been through with finding a house to buy that would actually close, the associates at the Title Company of Homestead made the closing process easy and stress-free. As with many home purchases in this economy, we came upon just about every issue imaginable, and Debbie Albert and her staff worked tirelessly to smooth out each and every one of them to get us to what was finally an immeasureably happy day of closing. With all that we've experienced, we would never go with another title company. No one else that we worked with was as dilligent, knowledgeable, or comforting during this chaotic process. the bottom line is that they promised a smooth transaction, and that's precisely what they delivered.
