Provided by YP.comI decided to rate Rub My Belly because of the fun filled experience we received with this company. We called Rub My Belly with very short notice. We had a out of town emergency and needed someone quickly. While away, one of our puppies became very ill and had to be hospitalized. The female owner did not leave our puppies side. She stated that she missed a couple of new clients because she wanted to make sure "Baby" pulled through. She even handled fees that had to be payed upfront and trusted us to pay her back. In my experience, she was very caring and very reliable. Our puppy "Baby" pulled through fine and we would never let anyone else care for her or any of our other dogs except Rub My Belly!

Provided by YP.comI recently adopted a 10 week old lab puppy. I contacted Rub My Belly because I wanted someone who could walk him at noon on Monday through Friday while I was at work. The owner of Rub My Belly scheduled a meeting with me on a Tuesday, at which time we agreed that she would begin walking my puppy that Thursday. I gave her detailed instructions and told her where I would leave her key. On Thursday afternoon, I tried to contact her to see how everything went. I left her several messages, and was finally able to get in touch with her late that afternoon. She informed me that did not take care of my puppy that day because she did not have my alarm code. She never attempted to get in touch with me that day, despite the fact that she my cell and work number. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, and asked her to take care of my puppy on Friday. Once again, she did not show up or call me to tell me she wasn't coming. I tried to call her several times, and continued to get her voicemail. I finally left a message telling her I was reporting her to the Better Business Bureau. I have yet to hear from her.
Based on my experience, Rub My Belly is completely undependable. I would never entrust my pets to someone so unreliable.
This is in response to the negative thoughts that you have against our business. I am very sorry for the unreliable experience your family received from my business. I lost my husband during that time in a car accident and I did not respond to your family like I should have. This was a very difficult time for my family and I do run my business alone so there was no one that contacted my clients for me. I am just getting back into my business and hope that if you ever need a pet sitter you will allow me to offer you some free services to show that I do care for animals as well as their well being. Provided by YP.comI was very pleased with the attention that my pets recieved from Rub My Belly. This was a in home service and everything I required was done. This company also does some personal assisting. My home was cleaned to my notes, my laungry was washed and dryed, and they also do dry cleaner drop off! I would recommend this company.
