I called to place an order over the phone and immediately the tone of the person who answered the phone sounded like I was disrupting her. In other words she sounded short, so I asked if there was any specials on chicken wings and she said well what do you want? I replied I don't know can you tell me in what size does your wings come in and told me and asked if I could hold on. So now I'm waiting waiting for her and when she returns she asked if I'm placing an order. I told her yes, and I asked if fries come with that or do I need to order fries. She said fries come with it then we went back and forth about what size, (yadda yadda yadda). Basically she sounded like her customer service is I need of some retraining ASAP!!!! I like the food but not the rudeness of the employees.. What erks me are the employees who are rude in an establishment when customer service is involved.
