FOR COMPUTER DIAGNOSTICS AND FAST SOLUTIONS,TAKE YOUR EQUIPMENT HERE INSTEAD OF THE LARGE BRAND NAME CHAIN STORES THAT TELL YOU IT CAN'T BE REPAIRED OR THEY HAVE TO SEND IT OUT AND THE WAIT WILL BE 4-6 DAYS OR 3 WEEKS LIKE I WAS TOLD. DEREK RETRIEVED MY DATA FROM THE HARD DRIVE THE SAME DAY AT RATES MUCH LESS THAN I HAD BEEN QUOTED. ENJOY THE INTERNET CAFE WHILE YOUR EQUIPMENT IS SERVICED. I had a diagnostic test done by Dell when my Dell computer went blank. Dell told me that I needed a new hard drive and my files was probably lost. This news didn't make me happy. I went to Stratpheracle and they were able to restore all my files and (guess what?) I didn't need to replace my hard drive. They were quick and proficient on repairing my computer. The cost of the repairs were very reasonable compared elsewhere.
