Always professional and very friendly. Excellent service for cleaning, repair and appraisals. They sell high quality jewelry and have even looked for something elsewhere for me when they did not have quite what I wanted. Excellent people to do business with!!

Gary, the owner, seems like a very genuine person. We traveled there from around Naperville on a friend's recommendation. We got A LOT more information on our diamond we intend to trade in and upgrade (vs Matthew Erickson in Fox Valley who seemingly did not want to educate, but, just make the sale)
