They are incompetent and dishonest. Avoid them at ALL costs!



I was looking for a rebuilt trsnsmission for my truck. They sounded like they knew what they were doing. Not only are they incompetent, they dont honor their warranty!



They didnt send unit right away as promised

They took nearly 4 months just to send my warranty

With under 1,000 miles, my "rebuilt, heavu duty" transmission was slipping in all fwd gears and reverse



I sent it back in September. It hasnt been repaired or returned as of December. They dont answer the phone unless I call from a different number.

ordered a transmission online with a torque converter.recieved transmission never recieved converter.thanks bobby for not returning my calls and ripping me off 275.00

ordered a transmission and torque convertor from them for around 1075.00 dollars.transmission took 3 months to get here and alone cost 850.00 with free shipping.got the run around on convertor and never recieved it.transmission never had a tailshaft housing.going to call better business beareau.buy local

I talked my husband into taking his jeep in because of the warranty. What I should have done was taken it to someone that knows what they are doing. Its now worse, makes noises through the gears His best friend had to pick up a vehicle that was there to be fixed and when the customer drove it a block, it broke down. He is at the point of telling me that maybe its NOT the transmission and all I can say, is that its worse.

I made the mistake of taking my son's car to a different shop. The mechanic was rude and over charged me. I called Allstate Transmission when my sons car needed work this time and will never leave again!! The staff is friendly, honest and very knowlegable. They take the time to discuss issues with your car so you understand. The cost is always reasonable. It's hard to find a good trustworthy mechanic and with Allstate Transmission the search ends!!! Highly recommended for all your car care needs!!!

I just had my clutch and axles replaced by Allstate and I can say that these people are fantastic. Not only do they provide great service, but they are also friendly and easy to deal with. If you want a place that will fix only what's broken, try these guys!
