I know firsthand how shady this company is. They will over bid your job for material then lie about what they gave you. They treat their employees like crap by setting them up for failure. The biggest problem with this company is their management. There is no communication, they literally have no idea whats going on day to day. The laborers are over worked and under appreciated.

I take everything i have said back, I LOVE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I feel really bad about lying, but I have been addicted to drugs for a while now and when I was jonesing I broke my outdoor kitchen and blamed Bush for it sorry to all my friends and family for lying and getting you to lie about a company that you havent got service from

If you havent tried this company out yet, your really missing out! This company not only stands behind their work, but the work is always amazing! Everything that they sell is guaranteed and actually works! I will no longer look any where else for anything that they sell!!!!

I spent a boat load of money with this company only to find out, once they have your money, there's no customer support behind it. I evaluate high performing organizations as part of my profession. As Director of Operations, I must always listen to the "voice of the customer." It is a shame that this little family run business doesn't do the same. Angry customers will tell everyone about their experience. There are other companies in Citrus County that will create a beautiful landscape design. Stay away from Bush Home Services. This advice will save you money and headaches!

This business has terrible customer service think twice before giving them your money.

I've seen their work and know from a co-worker who spent a small fortune with them that they don't stand behind their work if something goes wrong.

Take it from someone who knows a thing about customer service, this is what I do for companies who seek excellence in work processes. Bush Home Services is the worst in product workmanship and serving their customers. I spent over $80,000.00 dollars on a landscape/hard scape project that ended up looking like a bunch of amateur's did the work. After several attempts to have them fix it, I finally gave up. However, I did register a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I wouldn't recommend them for any hard scape project. There are companies in Crystal River and Brooksville that I would use. Take a look at this photo. Additionally, my outdoor kitchen doesn't even match my outdoor fireplace. My recommendation is to use anybody but Bush.

Thanks to the courteous staff at Bush Home Services I no longer have to deal with constantly blanketing myself in toxic bug repellent every time I want to go outside. I could not live out here on the water had it not been for my mosquito system. I set it to run twice a day at dawn & dusk and that is enough to keep the bugs at bay all day. Every time I call the office for my other services I have my own personal rep I get to talk to. I love not having to explain the same thing over & over again to several people, so thanks Kelly for all your hard work!
