Our family has been to multiple manufactured home sites looking for our dream home. We thought we finally found it! Unfortunately they could not customize the build. We only wanted a few doors converted to barn doors, which some were already included in the model (ARLINGTON) I also like to add we wanted some steps to the tub. Yet We were denied both. Explained the Reasons why, Confused we left How can they deny adding features offered on floor plans..?

Reasons we were told was they cannot add additional barn doors or steps were due to lumber prices. In Addition they did not know when they will get more in. So basically they were available but refused to add it. Was told by the sales Rep Vince that the company was not going to add additional features for just one house because it would be a waste of money & product. Wait what?? He was serious..

Last thing to add Vince was nice and welcoming at first but after a sit down over features & add ons things got tense. Price Listed for Arlington $247,000.00 on Fridge in home. Was told it was wrong and it was $265,000.00. Well damn ok.. Not our fault.

Do not go here if you want to make small customized changes even if they offer it.

Great place great experience and surprised how affordable the homes really are.

A friend of ours named Dan purchased a nice home and he loves it and we liked it also so he actually referred us to Family Home Center in Homosassa and we are happy he did.

We talked to the salesman and he really was a nice guy and answered so many of our questions and we found out it is easy to buy and because we already own the land we could do it zero down.

Let me tell you about this place they have a large selection and they actually sell the lot models or you can order a home and they can deliver it to our land in 5 weeks. They have more models to see then most other places we looked at and the way they are built and the prices were really what made us want one after all we needed a payment we could afford and a nice home and after getting a deal written up the bank payments were actually also lower then expected and so was the interest rate, So we ordered a home it is now delivered and set up and honestly beautiful so, YES we are happy! I can tell you my neighbor Dan loves his home and the staff at Family Home Center and speaks well of them and we can now see why because WE ARE IN ! Thank you to David and the staff, we love it and I wish I was home to add a picture to this review.!

Do not buy a home here. We ended up calling the cops on the owner for being irate, disrespectful towards women and children, and refusing to give us our deposit back. He changed his tune when the cops arrived and lied to the officer saying he would give us our full deposit back within 20 business days. After waiting over a month they cheated us out of $250. Do not give them any money because you'll never see it again! They will lie through their teeth to try and make sale. Save yourself the pain, frustration, and the money you will lose, go elsewhere!

They have a lot of choices right on the lot and they were really nice mobile homes and the staff were friendly and showed us around told us the prices. The picture is from my phone so as you can see they really are nice homes.
