I have had a lot of pets over the years and visited many vets. Dr. Hall is by far the most caring one I have ever seen. She spent a lot of time talking with me about my kitty, Shadow, and his condition. While it is not good news Dr. Hall showed a lot of compassion for both Shadow and me. I never felt rushed or like there was someone else waiting. She answered all of my questions and took into account how Shadow would feel about tests. The staff is wonderful and the office is beautiful. The exam room was like none I have ever seen before...very homey. I cannot say enough good things about them. Ah, also...Shadow hates vets. But during his visit he was actually purring. Need I say more?

Here I am again reviewing Dr. Hall a second time as she has saved my bunny's (Roger Rabbit) life twice this year. She is amazing and her dedication to every kind of animal brought her way is astounding. She will research, check with a colleague or whatever it takes that she feels will help her in resolving any and all issues. I am blessed to have found her and her hospital. The staff certainly are dedicated and their patience and kindness is wonderful. They all deserve 10 stars! This is my second review and the first was a few months ago on 6/4/2018 so you will see that review, please know she saved Roger twice. Once for eating paper that expanded inside him giving him a lot of issues and this time for Bladder Stones in a 4.1 lb bunny that had several.
