I called because of all the good reviews I wanted to have my puppies groomed there, however, when I called she was very nice and said just bring the puppy in on monday we arent that busy. I said do I need an appointment and was told no just come between 8 and 10. Thats exactly what I did when I showed up at 9 am, I was told no way cant be done and was treated like I lied about the whole conversation I had. Was told I would have to come back tomorrow and that was that. Needless to say I will never go back, I think they handled it all wrong, didnt even try to apologize. Went to bow wow botique and could not be happier. They took me right away and was extrememely professional and courteous. Loved the cut cant wait to take my other dog. Did not want to give even one star but the website made me
