If YP would let me click a millions stars for Sugarmill Woods Pool and Spa, I would! They saved us from a disaster with another company who walked.out on the job leaving us with a damaged pool. We could find no one to assist until Joseph came over to take a look. From that moment on we never looked back.
We were able to work closely with Joseph at his showroom selecting materials including tile, travertine, surface material, etc... He said he had a vision for our backyard and we are so happy that we relied on his knowledge and design experience.
From the start of the project his entire crew was professional, polite, hard working, and fun to have around. They showed up when they said they would and took great pride in their work. We could not be happier with the results!
I have attached some photos of our pool / backyard. They say things happen for a reason and I believe Joseph was meant to be the one to bring our pool and us back to Iife. If you are reading this review in search of a pool contractor, then read no further and just make the call to Sugarmill Woods Pool and Spa!

It is not common practice for me to write a review, however, in this case it was necessary.

After meeting with many Resurfacing Professionals I decided to hire Joseph Dawson with Sugarmill Woods Pool and Spa due to his extreme knowledge and experience in this particular field.

Joseph explained the whole process in detail and delivered to my highest expectations. In addition, he eased my mind since I was not able to be in town for the project. If I called, he answered or called me back within minutes which is very uncommon during these times when remodeling and construction is booming.

If you are looking for perfection, I highly recommend Sugarmill Woods Pool and Spa for all the services that they provide.

Excellent service : We had their competitor doing the pool service and all they did was a water test each week as our pool water quality became worse each week. Didn’t add the chemicals that were needed or even brush the pool or clean the filter. We had to find a competent service. We did !! Sugarmill Pool and Spa. Brian Smith was assigned to our pool. Brian assessed the problems we had with our pool and tested our salt tower, and let us know that it was not working properly and that it was still under warranty. By his judgement , it saved us $550 for the replacement. This is the kind of employee that Sugarmill Pool and Spa employs.

Our pool area is a major part of our home, and when you have a service enter our home we want to feel comfortable with their employees being there.
We highly recommend Sugarmill Woods Pool and Spa to all of our friends and family.

Excellent service! They really know their stuff. Great customer service always willing to go above and beyond!

Paid $89 a mouth for service. Service work is very poor. Tested water with strips on the top of pool not down 18" all the time. Put chlorin taps in skimmer. This eat the skimmer up and makes Acid that will kill your parts. I had to replace all gasket. They Never cleaned pump,filter,or screen. Over 6 mouths. Had 3 guys from this place out and all did the same poor work. Most of the time they would only be here for 5-8 min. Had the hose go out on chlorinator they never replaced it when I asked about it they said part was not made anymore. And they could replace unit for $200 plus labor. The Hose cost me $6 at pool place to replace. They did not keep pool clean. I brushed pool and water turned white had to do this 3 times and clean flitter again to get it right. I talked to 4 other people that use to use these guys not one had one good thing to say about them.

I'm very happy with the service I've received with the maintenance of my pool &spa. They have worked wonders with my pool. I also had them service my father-in-law's pool, which had major problems. They repaired a leak, replaced the filter, and turned a green pool, into a crystal clear pool. I will highly recommend this company to everyone.
