I took my shih-tzu there, and they were not only very nice, but very efficient in asking me exactly how I wanted him groomed. Also, when trimming his nails they didn't just cut them - they filed them. They were very nice, and did everything I wanted - they also get involved with the dogs and actually care about them - they even asked if they could give my dog a mohawk.

Also - they seperate the big dogs from the smaller ones so I don't worry he'll get hurt. The dogs don't simply run around like most groomers, but have play pens or a separate room.

Although, pricier than other groomers - it is worth the $4 more I pay for grooming!
