After being without water for a week and depending on another local well pump provider(who backed out the day he was suppose to come out) Called Mike Moore's and he was out to my house in just a few hours, diagnosed our problem gave us a reasonable price and replaced our pump! Finally we have water!!! We are so thankful for the speedy service!! We will recommend Mike Moore's to everyone we know!! A great experience in customer service!!!

My well pump quit and I contacted them that morning. They were already booked up and nowhere near my area as I live toward Rosman NC. They still assured me that they would have me water that evening. When I got home from work they were already working on replacing my pump. Tare replaced my pulp with a larger one, put new pipe all the way to the top, replaced my tank and pressure switch with a unbeatable price and very fast. Tate is one of the most honest, respectable, and straight forward people I've meet. Thanks for doing such a great job. This will always be my first call for any water problems.

Mike Moore's Well & Pump - What a pleasant, efficient, polite, and customer oriented business. I had no water and they diagnosed and replaced the well pump in less than 3 hours. The day I called they were rather backed-up with calls but they remained in contact with me until they arrived. They took their time to explain to me every step they did to determine the issue and then followed up with information as to what they repaired and the condition of my well and water. He explained to me the cost and the extra things at the well that needs to be repaired....and the amount was so reasonable and with a 2 yr. warranty! It was such a unique experience to have a repair service who really cares about the customer and the expert work they do (I am a single woman in my 60's)! Don't hesitate to call them about a well/water problem......the best of the best!

Mike Moore's Well & Pump are honest, efficient and practical. I called them for weak pump and no water pressure. They were quick the same day service and found that there was a leak inside the well. A broken pipe was our problem. It was quickly fixed and the price was right. They were friendly and polite. I would recommend Mike Moore's Well & Pump Service to all my friends and family. I have a well on the property that was here when it was purchased, but the pump didn't work. I wanted to use is for watering the garden and lawn and washing the cars, since I have county water for the house. Tare came out and took the time to educate me on the type of well I have and what I could realistically expect it to deliver. He also made several suggestions on how to best install a new pump and pressure tank. The finished product exceeded my expectations. Tare was the consummate professional. He completed the work in a timely manner and at a very fair price. I highly recommend Mike Moore Well & Pump.

i just got my water back and couldn't be happier. the people at Mike Moore are fantastic. Professional and courteous, showed up at my house faster than i could have hoped for. Tare showed me everything that was wrong, replaced the parts and got it running in less than 2 hours. The work has a warranty and they even have yearly service inspections you can do to prevent major issues down the line. I will continue to use their services and highly recommend them to anyone who wants fast, reliable and courteous service at a fair price.

I called early on a Friday morning with no water pressure from my well. They came out right away. I was shown everything that needed replacing and was explained why. The service was very professional at a reasonable price. I know I can depend on them for any future needs. Having had some bad experiences with others in the past I can say with all honesty that I highly recommend this company.

Hes service was fantastic and was very friendly and did an excellent job. He was easy to work with and he explain us what he done to fix it. Couldnt ask for better service.

Tare replaced my submersible pump and my pressure switch. He was very knowledgeable and very experienced, and will not leave until the job is 100% complete. Very fair price, warranty, and Tare uses only top-quality equipment. He is highly recommended.
