The Office in this place is very disorganized an will change your apt at the drop of a hat.

The customer service is lacking and therefore you have to think the service will be the same. They require a verification of appointment. Someone in the office called three days b4my procedure and I indicated that I would be there. When I got there since I didn't call to confirm with (I don't know who) my aptmt was cancelled, after I had arranged for a ride and had driven all the way over there. The aptmt was rescheduled and now the day before- the time has been changed. Do these people understand how much trouble this is to reschedule a ride. There seems to be absolutely no thought as to whether or not the patient is put out . I would not advise anyone to go to these dentist as I was very upset and there is no excuse for such poor service.
