BEYOND TERRIBLE: Husband and I bought 2 scooters. License plate stolen off one scooter while still in shop before pickup. No security? How exactly does that happen? Next - the financing contract was accidentally torn by general manager. They had to send it to us again to resign completely - this resulted in late charges from the financing company because they didn't have the paper work in on time even though I sent the payment to the dealership. They were to forward it for me. NEXT -Wrong spare keys sent to us. Finally and worst of all - They put the WRONG VIN on our title. Needed to correct my insurance - contact state police and take the scooter to get this all cleared up. When I asked if we could be compensated in some way the general manager's response was that was not the shopo policy. They could give us 10% off merchandise? SERIOIUSLY? This was the most unprofessional and uncoordinated company I have ever dealt with. Save yourself the trouble - go somewhere else!!!!

Terrible dealership. They post adds on motorcycle web pages and their web site with bikes that they do not have in stock - basically cluttering up any internet search that you attempt.Lackadaisical sales reps in the shop and on the phone. I would NEVER buy any products or services from this dealer.
