Provided by YP.comWE are from the Big Island, whatever the bad review and comments are all "J" people and do not have lives to live but know how to make others as negative as them. I love Aloha Waikiki Shuttle and Mahalo Shuttle. They have bent over backwards for us. We hardly had enough money left and they took our family on a beautiful tour that would have cost us $1200 to do an island tour and luau and Waikele Outlet, Pearl Harbor. It was 10 of us and we really enjoyed ourselves and recommend all our friends and family to call them. MAHALO AND MUCH ALOHA FOR GIVING US A WARMTH OF THE ISLAND SPIRIT. FROM THE LANDFORDS, DELA CRUZ, NAKAAHIKI'S WE LOVE YOU !!!!!!!!!!!

Provided by YP.comA very hazardous company with not much concern for their passengers. Today 4/23/14 my daughter and I, not passengers but in a vehicle near their bus, were coming out of Waikele, K-mart side. Their bus was in the turn lane into Waikele outlets and the driver was in the middle of the road, unloading his passenger, waving his hands to stop traffic while he did so. Several cars almost hit the passengers, who were not even in a crosswalk and crossing a very busy road. He did not have much concern for their safety and very slowly unloaded the bus holding up traffic as well. We contacted their office and was told that the bus ran out of gas, out of gas mind you at 12:00 PM. They became very rude when told of the situation, yelling at my daughter, then hung up. We were very concerned for the passengers crossing the street and it seems there was no care for their safety. They might be a cheap company, but paying a little more would ensure your safety.

Provided by YP.comThe most disorganised shuttle company we have dealt with. Hotel pickup was 45 mins late. No apologies from the driver. We were asked to book a return trip which we did but this was not managed well. There were too many people trying to cram into the 2:30pm return shuttle. Colour coded tickets would have helped! And a customer pushed me and the driver and was still allowed on the bus. Yes, it's cheap but you get what you pay for. Their buses and vans are run down and a/c is sketchy. Use at your own peril!

Provided by YP.comThis company is also known as Aloha Waikiki Shuttle. They do Waikele outlet. The times of operation is: 9:00 am to 3:30 pm every hour till last departure. We recommend going with this company. The service is excellent and for the price we paid $5.00 each way per person. We went with them 5 times. They do Island tours, Diamond Head, Kailua Beach, Au'lani Disney Resort, etc........, (808) 926-4400 or check them out at Royal Hawaiian Ave in front of the Galeria DFS. It will be well worth it. They treat you like family. ALOHA!!!!
