WOW! This is a true customer service driven business. Richard really goes out of his way to help his clients. He has a vast knowledge of Waikiki in general and can help with any computer/Internet need that you may have.



Walking in you are met with a fantastic smile, friendly music, and all the aloha you expect out of a Waikiki business. Richard greets every client with a personal greeting, including your name if you are a repeat client, and a refreshing chilled bottle of complimentary water. He also has chilled coffee and cappuccinos and hot tea for purchase. The decor is in blue and has a relaxed comfortable attitude to it.



There are plenty of computers to use, or you can use your own laptop and plug-in. He even has a camera setup for video chat. He offers every printing service you could need. The Internet speed is fast and monitors are large and easy to view. The prices for Internet use are $.10/minute and he runs daily specials for discounts including a happy hour with a 25% discount for Internet use! There is a 50% Military discount available all day everyday with ID!!



When in need this is THE best Internet lounge to use. You will find no other pay-for-service Internet lounge/cafe with friendlier, knowledgeable service that compares to what you find inside Blue Hawai'i Mobility Internet Lounge!!! This is definitely a two thumbs up Internet lounge!

WOW! That's what I have to say about this place. The owner really provides GREAT customer service. The cafe is clean in appearance and odor free. Big monitors and the fastest broadband speed I have experienced in Waikiki. Low rates. Everyone MUST check this place out! I could spend hours (actually, I did) here.
