The company doesn’t carry itself like a professional outfit. The Paet family seems to care more about helping out their own friends that they hire for upkeep and maintenance than their clients. I wish I never worked with them.

My property manager Casey Paet saved my building. My previous property management company was horrible at fixing my building and didn't use our maintenance fee's properly. Before cadmus we needed serious repair to our walkways, spalling and roofing and landscaping. When casey took over he got everything repaired and the best part is he did all this with out raising our maintenance fee's super crazy like Hawaiiana did to us. Thank you for fixing my building and improving my investment!
