I just wanted to commend one of your dispacher for her good and accurate service on the weekends. Her name is Carolyn and she taken my calls for my pre-arranged appointments for many years. I use to call on weekdays, but there were too many incidents where I had call backs telling me that they can't get a driver. Since then, I am using a different cab company and I'm using City Taxi only on the weekends. I am

hoping that they could use Carolyn on weekdays too. Carolyn has always came through with all my pre-arranged appiontments and never failed me. She has a good

attitude when talking to her and she always remembers my name, time of pick-up and

destination. She does a great job and she is very experience with dispatching.

Service was very efficient- cab driver arrived right on time and didn't mind that I had to run to an atm to get money. He was friendly, knew short cuts to get me to my location faster. Taxi was clean and ride was pleasant. Will use this taxi service again.
