Provided by YP.comYODA! YODA! YODA! MY MAN! MY MAN! MY MAN! A 15 lb dumbbell (just a warmup, don't judge) accidentally rolled straight off a bench onto my one month old S7. Lo & behold, this little guy's a tough mofo & DIDN'T CRACK! Though my phone still worked, it bent and became a defacto curved screen LOL. Two months later, the back started to peel & separate from the back so I asked my friend to help me glue down the back. Not only did it NOT work but the "volume down" button got stuck the next day, rendering my phone worthless because it kept rebooting in "Safe Mode".

Provided by YP.comThis is an overdue review, but better late than never. While playing with my phone, I somehow jarred loose my SIM card, so I had no mobile service. It was also my first trip to Hawaii, so in this day and age, you really need to have a working cell phone to get around as a tourist. I went to the AT&T store, and they couldn't help me, but referred me here to get my phone fixed. It was a little hard to find since it was in a shack, but look for the Subway. Yoda was really helpful even though he was busy with all the work he had lined up. Since I was from out of town, I needed more of an urgent fix, and he got to it right away. He didn't have the spring needed to keep the SIM card in place, but he Macgyver'd a solution to keep my SIM card in place to keep it working (still works today years later). Without his help, I don't know how I would've been able to navigate my way around the island, so I am forever grateful for his help.

Provided by YP.comHe suggested another shop to me (they couldn't help but directed me to the canon shop that we didn't know existed on Ward ave) and even drew me a detailed map about how to find the office IN the building it's located in because it's wonky and GPS won't help. Aside from the work he did for me, his professionalism and humanity were inspiring. He's going through some private family things at the moment but still found it in himself to reach out to me on a human/personal level. I haven't had that good of a conversation with a complete stranger...maybe EVER. I'm not a hugger (it weirds me out) but I went in for hugs THREE times. He needed them. I probably did too. If you're ever looking for someone to help you with phones, tablets, water damage, broken screens...life. Pop in and have a visit with Yoda. He won't disappoint you, even if he can't fix your stuff.

Provided by YP.comI'm writing this review using my iPhone that Yoda just saved from oblivion. I foolishly thought I could change the battery myself, but in the process I accidentally ripped the battery terminal off the circuit board. Though I know how to do soldering on my own, the component on the phone is so tiny that it requires "micro soldering" skills, which he indeed has.He was repairing several other devices before mine, but when he did get to mine it took less than 1 hour. Overall from the time I dropped my phone off until I picked it up was about 4 hours. That's awesome service.I learned my lesson. It's better to leave this kind of stuff up to an expert. Mahalo Yoda!

Provided by YP.comSo my son plays and lives for the application "clash of clans" on his tablet. Well, the ding dong squashed his tablet with his video game chair and cracked the glass. He was totally devastated and was actually sad to see him like that. Being the super dad I am, I immediately jumped online and yelp and found this place. In the morning I contacted and spoke to Yoda who gave me hope that we could fix it. Of course, I was skeptical as hell, especially being that a guy named Yoda was working out of a Hut on the side of the road in a very sketchy area littered with homeless. Never the less, this man became the hero! His shop is small and cramped, but who cares...He did what he said he was gonna do. What I really liked is that he said he never worked for on an RCA tablet but he was going to try. Try he did.. And Yoda, thank you... Just know you made a child very very very happy. Much love!
