Hawaii Employers Council is a membership-based nonprofit organization focused on assisting Hawaii s businesses with human resource management and labor relations. The Council consults with its members, offers training, provides pay rates and keeps the member updated on employment laws and regulations. It deals in a variety of issues, such as guidance on corrective action, termination, wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, record keeping, regulatory issues and much more. Hawaii Employers Council also provides other services, such as collective bargaining, labor contract documentation, work stoppages and strike preparation.
