Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience using this company for an electric stove issue. They were able to send someone out right away (within an hour) but things quickly went downhill from there. The guy that showed up seemed to be in a really foul mood and was super unfriendly. Also, the tool bag he had with him was tiny (way smaller than a shave kit) so I don't know what he could have done if he was faced with a major repair job. In short, he was the worst repair technician I have ever encountered. The guy had very poor troubleshooting skills and would not listen to what I was saying about the problem with the stove. He just kept insisting that there was nothing wrong with the stove and I didn't have to worry about anything. I must say that I did get some satisfaction when I noticed that he burned his hand slightly on the stove during his arrogant bull-in-a-china-shop attempt to show me that nothing was wrong. At that point I asked how much I owed him just to get him to leave so I could save my sanity. The bottom line is I wasted $48 for this guy to spend 15 minutes doing absolutely nothing for me. He didn't even open his tiny little tool bag. Also, I was not given any written work order or receipt. I would not recommend this outfit to anyone. TWO THUMBS DOWN & ZERO STARS!
