It is for companies that are already in business and generating revenue. -Criteria: Business must have revenue to service the debt and assets for collateral -Amount: $250,000 up to $25 million "anything smaller or larger is evaluated on a case by case basis" -Collateral: Term loan and line of credit will be secured by first lien position on the following items and on all business assets. This program is designed to work with program #4 where lead lender in place for senior position.
