We came in on UA43, went to the courtesy board where we found Mahalo Shuttle. The price were very reasonable.

4 or more people the cost was $6.00 each 2 or more $7.00 a piece. If you are one $9.00. Our baggage were free of charge. They provide return cost. No collecting of roundtrip because their cost is low. And they advise us not to pay ahead cause once the shuttle company has your money they make you wait till they have enough passengers to fill the bus. Mahalo, thanks for the heads up and we will be recommending you to all our friends and family. Your service is outstanding and your drivers are very courteous.

On 8/11/08 I called this company for shuttle service from the Ala Moana Hotel to the Airport and was assured I would be picked up. I sat outside the hotel with my suitcases awaiting a shuttle which did not arrive at the expected time...I phoned the service and was told I would be picked up momentarily, but still no shuttle. As my check in time was fast approaching I tried phoning several more times and although I left my cell phone number, no on ever returned my call. I ended up taking a taxi and barely made my flight.
