If you're looking for an overpriced, roach infested, cheaply made apartment owned by a greedy money hungry corporation then look no further! I honestly do not know how or where to begin. You're already paying 1375 for rent, not including utilities (which is raised each time a new family enters the same building PER member). So utilities can vary each month from 160 to even 300 dollars depending on how many people are in the building and their total usage combined, not how much you're using, and it doesn't even come with air conditioning or "cable ready" as it is advertised. The building complexes themselves have just enough parking for one vehicle per apartment and no additional parking for guests, so if you have multiple cars then good luck. You wouldn't want to park there anyways because of random dings and scratches in your car from careless neighbors and their children. Neighbors can also be heard through out the night fighting, f**king, partying and other randomness. You can smell pot outside just by opening a window which you can count on having open due to NO ac in the building. I'm just gonna stop here.. If you want a place that bad then sure.. go for it. But good luck getting your security deposit back and oh.. if you don't tell them a month in advance that you're leaving, be prepared to pay the next months rent even if you're only staying for a couple extra days. I really could go on but I guess I made enough of a point. This place is a sh*thole and should be demolished.
