Pacific Panel Cleaners LLC is a locally owned and operated solar panel cleaning and maintenance company founded by a United States veteran. We are based on the island of Oahu, and we provide service to all of Hawaii. Pacific Panel Cleaners was the first company in Hawaii dedicated solely to the maintenance and cleaning of solar panels, and we have serviced solar panels all over the islands for the last five years. We are an active member of the Hawaii and Kauai Chambers of Commerce. Owner Fred Brooks 1995-2003: Served in the United States Navy as a member of the Engineering Department aboard two vessels stationed out of Pearl Harbor. During his service, he learned that maintenance is the key to achieving peak performance with any piece of equipment. 2003-2007: Attended Leeward Community College and obtained an AA with Honors. Continued onto Hawaii Pacific University, and obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Science. Which he took courses in photovoltaic engineering. During this time, he was instrumental in the founding of the Natural Science Students Association at Hawaii Pacific University 2007-Present: Along with starting Pacific Panel Cleaners LLC, Fred has worked with several different energy and photovoltaic companies, helping with their O&M of installed PV systems. Fred, also has been a construction manager on a variety of projects including some of the ones listed below: Punahou School Oceanic Time Warner Cable Chaminade/ St. Louis School UH Manoa East West Center Pearl Harbor Fitness Center Variety School HECO CIP power plant and Waiau Power Plant Other Certifications: Member of ASES ( www.ases.org ) Certified Energy Manager (CEM) #18577 Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) Certified Level 1 Thermographer
