Provided by YP.comRoy Chang is very personable and easy to talk to about legal isues. The practice is in a nice office downtown, and everyone is very friendly. While this is obviously one of the best practices on the island from an legal/experience standpoint, it's nice to feel comfortable with the Attorney you trust with your case. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family- particularly if they had been injured when someone else is at fault.
